   The following was an attendee question from the ShipCompliant Virtual Seminar held on October 26th, 2007:
   The state-by-state laws, costs and reporting make is prohibitive for small wineries to engage in selling our wines to our customers who are traveling but want wine shipped. Is there not any effort to have some sort of 'universal' plan for shipping that can benefit all wineries and not just the large ones?
